The church where the Burgundians formed a brotherhood
The church is located in Piazza San Claudio. The history of the church begins around the end of the Thirty Years' War. The Burgundians in 1652 came to Rome and assembled a brotherhood at a small church they purchased. The church was rebuilt in 1729 by Antoine Derizet, and dedicated to Saint Claudius and Saint Andrew. Two statues of both saints are part of the exterior of the church.
